Keith Holter and the Longhorn band are kicking off their
new Sunday afternoon Western Swing Party at the Spare Room Lounge in Portland on March 7th. We'll be cele-
brating (a day late) Bob Wills' birthday. The afternoon will start off with some dance lessons by Bob Amend, a very experienced swing and country dance instructor who has agreed to share his skills with anyone who wants to learn the basic steps. No experience required, and there will be no cover charge for music or instruction, although there will a tip jar handy for donations!
We'll also have some great guest artists up to join in the fun, so come on down and enjoy some of the best Swing, Jazz, and Country music you'll hear anywhere. |
